This Privacy Policy describes how Restore Animal Health LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Chonk Scanner mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

• Pet information you enter: Species, breed, sex, age, weight, and answers to body condition assessment questions. This information stays on your device and is used only to generate your pet's Chonk Score and feeding guidance within the App.
• Camera access: The App requests access to your device camera during the scan experience. The camera is used for entertainment purposes only. No images are analyzed, stored, transmitted, or shared. Any still frame captured during the scan is stored temporarily on your device only and is not sent to our servers.
• Email address (optional): If you choose to sign up for updates or our email list, we collect your email address. This is entirely optional and you can use the full App without providing it.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as which screens are visited and how often the App is opened. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Generate your pet's Chonk Score and provide feeding guidance within the App
• Send you updates and educational content if you opt in to our email list
• Improve the App based on anonymous usage patterns
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not analyze, store, or transmit any images captured by your camera
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not collect your name, address, or payment information
• We do not track your location
• We do not create user profiles or accounts (unless you opt in to our email list)

4. Third Party Services

The App may contain links to third party services including:

• Telehealth partners (Airvet, Pawp): If you tap the telehealth button, you will be directed to a third party veterinary telehealth service. Their privacy policy governs any information you provide to them.
• Affiliate product links: The App may contain links to pet product retailers. Clicking these links directs you to third party websites governed by their own privacy policies.
• WSAVA educational resources: Links to the World Small Animal Veterinary Association website for educational reference.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

5. Data Storage and Security

Pet assessment data you enter is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not maintain a database of pet assessment results.

If you provide your email address, it is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

6. Children's Privacy

Chonk Scanner is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. 8. Your Choices

• Camera permission: You can deny camera permission in your device settings. The App will still function using the pet emoji placeholder during the scan experience.
• Email list: You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Data deletion: Since we do not store pet assessment data on our servers, there is nothing to delete. If you provided your email address and wish to have it removed, contact us below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
